Amparaiso was primarily envisioned to serve and help develop the community, and not just for commercial purposes. The project aims to help Amparo by creating jobs for its people providing them with marketable skills and training. The founders dream of making it an inspiration for entrepreneurs, both foreign and local, in the region.
